You can cancel your programme within a 14-day period if needed. I understand that life happens, so if you need to make changes, just reach out and I’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Payments can be split into instalments, and I offer bespoke options based on what works for you. If you need flexibility, I’m here to help and make sure we find a plan that fits your budget.

It depends on your goals, but most clients train with me 2-4 times per week. What matters most is consistency, if you show up and put in the work, you’ll see results faster than you think.
